Courses

The same system,self-serve.

Consulting does not scale and most people do not need it. These are the same specifications, the same failure modes and the same review discipline, in a form you can work through on your own.

Where these came from

Not recordings of the consulting.

The engagements and the courses teach the same thing, but they are not the same product. A sprint works because I am looking at your repository and your constraints. A course cannot do that, so the parts that only work in a room have been taken out, and the parts you can do alone have been made explicit instead.

Only one of the three has a price and a place to get it, and that one is free. The other two have a syllabus and nothing else. I would rather show you the shape of a course and say it is not finished than take a card for a launch date I invented.

Kept from my own working notes, because it is still true: Course titles below are proposals. Rename anything.

  • Intermediate

    AI Product Management

[PLACEHOLDER: platform: self-hosted, Udemy, or Coursera] · [PLACEHOLDER: course price]

For PMs and founders who own the what and the why. Specs, scoping, and running a roadmap when implementation stops being the constraint.

  • No code required

Claude for Marketers & Business Owners

[PLACEHOLDER: platform: self-hosted, Udemy, or Coursera] · [PLACEHOLDER: course price]

Zero programming. For the operator who wants the three-week jobs to become afternoon jobs, and does not care how it works underneath.

Which one

Start free, then pick by what you own.

Three steps, and the third one talks you out of buying a course.

  1. 01

Take the free one first, whoever you are

It is the shortest route to finding out whether any of this is for you. If the first hour does not change how you work, close the tab. That is a completely fine outcome and it costs you nothing.

  2. 02

Then pick by what you are responsible for

If you own a roadmap and a team, AI Product Management. If you own a business or a marketing function and have no intention of ever learning to code, Claude for Marketers. If you are the person building the product, the free course is already the right one and the next step is a call rather than a purchase.

  3. 03

Buy consulting only when the constraint is time

A course fixes not knowing how. It does not fix not having the fortnight. If the deadline is the actual problem then a sprint is the honest answer, and it costs more for exactly that reason.

The limit

What a course cannot do.

A course cannot read your codebase, cannot see the constraint you have stopped noticing because you have worked around it for a year, and cannot tell you which of your four ideas is the one to build. It teaches the method. It does not make the decision.

That is what the free call is for, and the call is free precisely because most of them end with somebody getting a useful answer and not spending any money.

The evidence

Judge the method by what it produced.

Before you spend anything

The objections, answered honestly.

Are these prompt packs with a course wrapped round them?
No, and a prompt pack is a reasonable thing to be suspicious of. A prompt is a sentence you paste; what these teach is a brief: constraints, edge cases, the file it belongs in, a definition of done, and the list of things that must not be touched. The templates are included because writing one from a blank page is annoying, but the templates are not the product. The judgement about what belongs in them is.
I am not technical. Will I actually be able to follow this?
It is the group I came from and the only one I am genuinely the right person for. I describe myself on GitHub as a non-technical person teaching other non-technical people, and I still cannot write production code. What you need is the ability to describe what you want precisely, which is an operator skill rather than an engineering one. The honest caveat is the same one I give on every page: you cannot ship a production codebase with zero technical judgement, and nobody selling you that is telling you the truth.
Two of these are not for sale. Why is the page up at all?
Because the syllabus is the thing worth judging and it is finished, while the pricing and the platform are not. You can read what would be in each course, decide it is not for you, and leave having spent nothing. If you decide it is for you, the newsletter is where I will say it is open. There is no fake countdown and there will not be one.
Course or consulting: which do I need?
Course, in most cases. Consulting is the right answer when you have a specific thing stuck in production, a deadline you cannot move, or a team where the licences got bought and nothing changed. If none of those describe you, a course is a tenth of the price and you will get there anyway. I will tell you the same thing on the free call, which is why the call is free.

Start here

The free one is the honest test.

It costs an email address and about an hour. If it does not change how you work in that hour, none of the paid ones will either, and you will have found that out for nothing.

P.S. If you are choosing between a course and a call, take the call. It is free, it is thirty minutes, and I will tell you which of these you need including when the answer is none of them.
