Book a call
Thirty minutes.No pitch.A straight answer.
You describe what you are trying to ship and where it is stuck. I tell you what I would do about it. If a sprint is the right answer I will say so, and if it is not I will say that too.

The call
One question, for thirty minutes: what would I actually do about this?
You describe what you are trying to ship and where it is stuck. I tell you what I would do. That is the whole call.
I ran a company for four years unable to build any of it. What changed was not that I learned to code; it was that I started writing for an AI agent the brief I had already spent four years learning to write for people. So the first thing I am listening for on the call is which of three problems you actually have: the brief, the scope, or genuinely engineering capacity. They look identical from the inside and they have nothing in common as fixes.
There is no deck and no company overview. You have read the site, so we spend the thirty minutes on your problem instead of on me.
What you leave with
- A direct read on whether your bottleneck is spec, scope, or genuinely engineering capacity
- The specific first workflow I would change this week
- An honest answer on whether you need me at all
- Recording and written summary afterwards
It is one call, and it has limits worth stating. Nothing gets built on it, I do not write code on it, and it will not rebuild how your team works. It is a read and a first move, not an engagement.
Fit
Who should book this, and who should not.
The second list is longer than the first. It is there because the fastest way to waste both our time is a call I could have told you not to book.
Book it
This is for you if
- You are non-technical, you have something half-built or not started, and engineering capacity is the thing you are always waiting on
- You are already shipping with AI and the output is throwaway, and you suspect the problem is upstream of the tool
- Your team has the licences and nothing has actually changed in how they ship
- You want a second read on scope before you spend money building it
Do not book it
Give this a miss if
- You want someone to write your production code. I do not do that, and it is not modesty: I cannot
- You want a written proposal without a conversation first. I do not know enough to write one yet
- You want a recommendation on which model or tool to buy. Tool choice is the least important decision on your list
- You need something shipped this week by somebody who is not you
- You have already decided and you want it validated. I will tell you what I actually think, which is the only reason the call is worth anything
The agenda
Exactly what happens in the thirty minutes.
Specificity is the only reassurance worth giving on a free call. This is the shape every one of them takes.
0–5 min
Where you actually are
You describe what you are trying to ship, what exists today, and what has stalled. I ask questions and present nothing. Bring the real state of it, not the tidy version.
5–10 min
The fit call
I tell you whether this is a specification problem, a scope problem, or genuinely engineering capacity. If it is the third, I am not the right person, and you hear that here, ten minutes in, not at the end.
10–20 min
The first thing I would change
The specific workflow I would change this week and how I would brief it. Concrete enough that you could try it the same afternoon without me.
20–27 min
What it would take, if anything
If a sprint or a team engagement is the honest answer, I explain what it involves and what it costs. If it is not the honest answer, we skip this part and keep going on your problem.
27–30 min
What happens afterwards
You get the recording and a written summary. Then nothing, unless you write back.
The promise
What this call is not.
Most of these calls end with somebody getting a useful answer and not spending any money, and that is a completely fine outcome for me. Consulting does not scale and most people do not need it: the ones who do already know which part of this they cannot do alone.
- No slide deck and no company overview. You have read the site and that is enough.
- No follow-up sequence. One summary email after the call, then nothing unless you write back.
- No decision on the call. Nothing I offer expires and there is no discount that runs out on Friday.
- No pretending. If I am not the right fit you will hear it in the first ten minutes, and we will spend the rest of the call on your problem rather than on my offer.
Booking
Pick a time.
This is where the scheduler sits. It is not connected yet, so until it is, email is the way in, and an embed pointing at nothing would be worse than saying so.
Not connected yet
The scheduler is not live
Email me and I will send times. Tell me what you are trying to ship, roughly where it is stuck, and which timezone you are in. You get two or three slots back and we take it from there.
When the booking account exists, this panel is replaced by the embed and nothing else on the page changes. The agenda above is the call either way.

Before you book
Three things people ask first.
Is this free call actually a sales call?
I am not technical. Will I be able to follow any of it?
Nothing in the scheduler works from my timezone.
Last thing
The call is free and I am not going to pitch you.
Thirty minutes. You describe what you are trying to ship and where it is stuck, I tell you what I would do about it. If a sprint is the right answer I will say so. If it is not, I will say that too: most of these calls end with somebody getting a useful answer and not spending any money, and that is a completely fine outcome for me.
P.S. If this page has not convinced you, do not book. Take the method off the vibe coding page, run it on one real task this week, and come back if it works. That costs you an afternoon and nothing else, and it is a better test of me than half an hour of talking.
